Overcome stuttering and speaking fluidly
Stuttering, aka stammering may be something you find that you commonly do, or perhaps only in certain situations. You will no doubt find that it becomes worse when nervous, or when the situation is in some important to you.
Different people find that they get blocked, stuck or repeat certain words or letters. Perhaps you find elongated vowels.
Stuttering can have a profound affect on the way you feel about yourself causing self-imposed isolation, anxiety, stress, shame, or possibly being a target of bullying.
Maybe you fear how you are perceived by others, or that you've got an interview or important meeting and would like to make a change. Perhaps you've just had enough of it and want to do something about it.
Though stuttering is a physical condition, there can often be a psychological aspect linked to this. If you stammer you'll know that there are 'good days' and 'bad days', or some situations that make it better or worse than others.
Talking with someone can help you to identify what it is you are doing which makes it reduce.
Often we think that the future will be the same as it has been in the past i.e. I always stammer at interviews and so I know I will at this coming one. Of course the past does not predict the future and Hypnotherapy can assist you in getting a clear picture of the future you would like to have happen.
In addition, Hypnotherapy can be useful to analyse the situation that first triggered the stutter, and change beliefs and associations about it
