Two Facilitators, One Goal.

Relationship Coaching for Couples in Sussex and Online

As two facilitators, we work with couples, allowing them to cultivate the relationship they want. We’re also partners, navigating many of the same joys, challenges and complexities that every relationship brings. It is our belief that relationships can be deeply connected, inspiring and meaningful, and we’re interested in the question:

What are the conditions that transform an ordinary relationship into a magical one?

We’d love for you to have a relationship that feels vibrant and alive. Our research and experience are identifying the qualities that let relationships become something special: cultivating this in our own relationship, and supporting others to do the same. There is more to a great relationship than just functioning.

Thriving relationships are built, nurtured and continually rediscovered. We have developed a framework for understanding the areas that help make it possible to have an extraordinary relationship: We call these the 14 Pillars of Passion.

About us

Meet Kim and Stevie

Meet Kim

Kim brings extensive therapeutic experience, a direct but compassionate style and a fascination with what helps people understand themselves and change the patterns that keep relationships stuck. He excels at being able to get quickly to the heart of an issue and provide practical steps to take away which help create movement and transformation.

Stevie, relationship coaching co-facilitator at Quartet

Meet Stevie

Stevie is a co-facilitator whose role is grounded in careful observation, deep listening, and reflective presence. With a background in somatic movement therapy and dance, she brings a finely attuned awareness of what the body holds before words find their way in. She has a natural ability to sense subtle relational patterns and reflect them back with warmth and curiosity — helping people slow down, get underneath the conflict, and tend to what’s sitting quietly beneath it. Her presence brings balance, depth, and the kind of reflective quality that supports real, lasting change.
